The Role:
Marigold is seeking a certified Salesforce Administrator to manage and maintain the Salesforce instance that supports all of our Marigold brands across the globe. The Salesforce Administrator works cross-functionally with all areas of the business and is responsible for ongoing administration, support and training of the Salesforce platform. This individual will be responsible for working with other staff and consulting partners to deliver solutions to our business partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain the Salesforce application and other related 3rd party business

• applications for internal users.

• Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, third party tools /

• applications and new Salesforce functionality based on evolving business needs.

• Implement and maintain configurations and customizations of Salesforce to meet evolving needs.

• Implement and maintain 3rd party software connections to Salesforce to support various business needs.

• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports

• Monitor end-user usage of systems and track performance.

• Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of Salesforce and data

• integrity.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce functionality, customization and

• integration.

• Key point person for future implementations and migrations of Marigold brands into the Salesforce instance.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations

• Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, workflows, reports and dashboards

• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not

• limited to): Flow, page layouts, custom settings, dashboards and reports

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, constantly changing environment

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Aptitude for understanding and troubleshooting technical problems

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field of study preferred

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification Preferred.

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification Preferred.
