As we scale toward our next big milestone, we’re looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead the next phase of product innovation—driven by AI, deep customer understanding, and operational excellence.
We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator with a passion for operational excellence and automation. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining and evolving our Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Flow development, AI capabilities and process optimization across Field Service, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
Your role:
- Administer and configure Salesforce with a focus on Field Service, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Develop and optimize Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, and Screen Flows) to automate and scale operational processes.
- Manage and enhance Agentforce setup to support our customer-facing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Support, Operations, Product) to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, flows, and system configurations.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven expertise in Flow Builder (advanced logic, fault handling, performance optimization).
- Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, permission sets, profiles, validation rules, and automation tools.
- Comfortable working with Omni-Channel routing, case management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions.
