Job Description

Senior Salesforce Administrator
Location: "Remote"
Team: Revenue Operations

About the Role
Expert Institute is seeking a strategic and detail-driven Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as the primary steward of our Salesforce environment, owning the administration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the platform to support key business functions and drive organizational growth.

As a key cross-functional partner, you will work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Research to deliver scalable solutions, enhance data quality, and improve user experience. Your work will directly support critical revenue initiatives, automation strategies, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

🔧 Salesforce Optimization & Automation

  • Maintain and enhance our customized Salesforce instance, identifying areas to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable Flows, automation solutions, and system enhancements aligned to business goals.

  • Support data migrations, integrations, and API connections to expand platform capabilities.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and more to gather business requirements and implement tailored Salesforce solutions.

  • Collaborate with IT and leadership to improve data architecture, system performance, and reporting strategy.

👥 User Management & Support

  • Oversee user administration, permissions, and security settings to ensure platform compliance and data integrity.

  • Serve as a go-to resource for user support, training, and system documentation.

📊 Reports, Dashboards & Insights

  • Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders.

  • Partner with department leaders to streamline reporting workflows and elevate business intelligence.

🛠️ System Maintenance & Governance

  • Manage system updates, integrations, and release cycles.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, track user requests, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

🚀 Continuous Innovation & Best Practices

  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and emerging best practices.

  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve performance, usability, and scalability.

Qualifications

You’re not just a Salesforce admin—you’re a system owner, data strategist, and operational architect. You thrive in fast-moving environments and get energy from untangling complex workflows and building clean, scalable systems that fuel growth.

 

What We’re Looking For

5–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a growth-focused organization
✔ Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
✔ Strong proficiency in Flow Builder and Salesforce automation tools
✔ Experience with Apex, Web Services, and API integrations (bonus)
✔ Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, data management, and user access best practices
✔ Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and develop scalable technical solutions
✔ Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
✔ Highly organized self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and own initiatives from start to finish
