As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be the driving force behind the effective use of the Salesforce platform within our organization. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and managing Salesforce to support evolving business needs. This includes managing user accounts and permissions, ensuring data integrity and security, automating workflows, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and maintaining overall system performance and health.
You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor and the key bridge between business and technology, you will challenge existing processes, advocate for best practices, and lead efforts to increase platform adoption and value.
Your role will be critical in enabling the company to leverage Salesforce to its fullest potential—solving business problems, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing user experience.

- Project management capabilities, allowing you to plan, prioritize, and execute Salesforce-related initiatives with attention to detail and clear timelines.

- User Management: Proven ability to create and manage user accounts, assign profiles and roles, control access levels, and ensure data security across the organization.
- System Configuration: Expertise in customizing fields, page layouts, record types, and other core components to align with evolving business processes.
- Data Management: Strong skills in importing/exporting data, maintaining high data quality through validation rules, and executing data cleansing strategies.
- Security Management: In-depth knowledge of sharing rules, organization-wide defaults (OWDs), and permission-based data visibility controls.
- Automation: Experience designing and deploying flows, approval processes, and triggers to automate business operations and increase efficiency.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Ability to build custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Training & Support: A proactive approach to user enablement through training, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
- System Upgrades & Maintenance: Familiarity with managing Salesforce seasonal updates, performing health checks, and ensuring smooth transitions to new features.
- Requirements Gathering: A collaborative mindset to engage stakeholders, understand business challenges, and translate needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Integration Management: Experience in setting up and managing integrations with other platforms and tools to ensure seamless data flow.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to partner with business support, IT, and security teams to ensure alignment and system integrity.
Qualifications That Set You Up for Success
- A university degree or business school degree
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a dynamic environment
