Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform. This role requires expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with strong automation capabilities using Flows. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating third-party tools, such as 123 Form Builder, and working closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and design scalable solutions.

What you will do:

  • Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs.

  • Design, build, and maintain Flow-based automations, reducing reliance on Apex where possible.

  • Manage integrations with third-party tools, including 123 Form Builder and other relevant applications.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Adopt bet practice delivery around build and sprint working.

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality system changes and enhancements.

  • Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting to maximize adoption and efficiency.

  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring best practices are followed.

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve the platform.

Who are you:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Expertise in Salesforce Flow for automation (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows).

  • Experience with integrating third-party tools, preferably 123 Form Builder or similar applications.

  • Strong understanding of security and access controls (roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules).

  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into effective solutions.

  • Solid troubleshooting skills and experience with data management (imports, exports, and deduplication).

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Experience Cloud consultant would be preferential.

  • Knowledge of DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or CI/CD processes for Salesforce.

  • Prior experience working within a Fintech company.
