How Will You Contribute to the Company?

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions in Boise, ID is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their world-class Salesforce Team. They will use their considerable technical expertise to make important decisions which will affect the quality and the timely completion of both large and small projects. Along with the other members of the team, their contributions will make a lasting, positive impact across all Company business units including Sales, Marketing, Support and Operations efforts.

The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Manager of Salesforce Administration and will be responsible for assisting in the configuration and maintenance of the company Salesforce platform. They will work both independently and with the team to ensure that the full features and benefits of the application are being properly utilized, based on the various user group needs. The Salesforce Administrator will work cross-functionally with all departments helping to manage Stakeholder requirements and expectations, ensuring the IT Salesforce team’s success. 

What Will You Do?

  • Work closely with stakeholders and business analysts to translate needs into technical solutions

  • Use interviewing and analytics skills to really listen to stakeholders, define their needs and identify root causes for existing issues

  • Work proactively with stakeholders to help them recognize opportunities for process and system improvements

  • Provide advice and guidance to less experienced team members

  • Serve as an independent individual contributor on technical projects by designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce according to technical specifications

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing to understand the customer journey and how each function track and measure success

  • Participate in business and process reviews as a Salesforce subject matter expert

  • Work with stakeholders to complete detailed reviews of integrated tools to ensure proper fit based on user requirements and the strategic vision for Salesforce

  • Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of Salesforce and guide junior administrators with best practices for system maintenance

  • Work with the administrators from other functional groups to ensure that Salesforce is properly configured and integrated with outside systems including Marketo and D365 F&O

  • Join the team in developing and maintaining proper documentation of Salesforce configuration and development efforts

  • Assist our stakeholders with developing training materials and delivering training as required

  • Work with our users to create and maintain reports and dashboards

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Three (3+) years Salesforce administration experience at or above level II, or as solo administrator for a customized Salesforce org

  • At least two (2) years of experience administering Salesforce CPQ

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification

  • Self-motivated and able to work both with the team and independently from a remote location

  • Deep understanding of general CRM architecture as well as Salesforce process defaults and data structures

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • integrated applications such as Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, and Marketo

  • Strong understanding of MS applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio

  • Good familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Copado)

  • Solid understanding of BPMN 2.0 specifications and tools

  • Apply advanced knowledge of an applications single function or thorough knowledge of multiple sub functions to create efficient and effective solutions

  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills

  • Experienced with data modeling, custom objects, permissions, SOQL queries

  • Excellent personal and project organization skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with members in all departments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent related experience

  • Experience with Apex or Visualforce

  • Previous experience working in IS/IT

  • Previous experience working within in Sales, Marketing, Operations and/or Support

  • Certified Salesforce CPQ

At Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.  

 

Your Pay: 

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

  

$58,100.00 - $107,900.00

Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by our Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employees FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. We also offer paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
