The Role:

Fueled by our customer and business growth, we're seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform. Reporting to the Director of GTM Operations, this role involves customizing and maintaining Salesforce to enhance our business processes and support our rapidly expanding operations. As a Salesforce Administrator at CommerceIQ, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our business is running as seamlessly and efficiently as possible.

What You'll Do:

  • Customize and administer platforms:
    • Manage Salesforce and other tools including Clari, Outreach, Chorus, Zoominfo, 6Sense, Freshdesk, Vitally and others to meet the evolving needs of our growing business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders:
    • Gather requirements and implement automation across platforms.
  • Manage security settings:
    • Oversee profiles, permission sets, roles, and security settings to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards:
    • Provide insights into key performance metrics.
  • Support end-users:
    • Provide training, documentation, and resolve platform-related issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in customizing Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning environment.
  • Strong understanding of data management, security, and integration.
  • Working knowledge of Clari and other Salesforce plug-ins.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Willingness to work PST hours to align with the company's operating hours.
