As a Salesforce Administrator you will be customizing our Salesforce platform by building, configuring and automating to drive efficiencies. You will work to connect Salesforce across our technology stack. Work with leadership to define system requirements and enable users to get the most out of our CRM.

  • Manage and maintain our Salesforce system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales cycle. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze and surface sales data and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
  • Provide daily support to the sales team, troubleshoot issues, assist in onboarding new sales team members, and offer ongoing training.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processes and ensure compliance.
  • Generate and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance, discrepancies, and trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, marketing, finance, and customer success, to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving company goals.

  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification
  • A proactive and efficient approach to problem-solving.
  • An ownership mentality, taking responsibility for identified deficiencies and addressing them appropriately.
  • Strong attention to detail, data organization skills, and pattern recognition.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with an execution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of humor.
  • An affinity for great workday music.

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Los Angeles, CA is $80,000 to $100,000. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
