Entrata is looking for a highly capable Salesforce administrator to ensure that our corporation capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. In this role, your duties will include supporting users, maintaining our Salesforce.com Sales cloud instance, and training end users on the effective use of Salesforce features and products driving adoption of the Salesforce platform. To ensure success as a Salesforce administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce administrators ensure that their Salesforce expertise translates into optimized sales department operations.

Responsibilities will include

  • Provide day-­to­-day administration and maintenance of the Salesforce.com Sales Cloud application and platform
  • Proactively identify recurring issues or “value-­add” areas and propose process or systematic solutions
  • Create and maintain Salesforce Sandboxes including recommending Sandbox refreshes that coincide with upcoming Salesforce releases
  • Help own the Salesforce release cycle, including internal communication, training, measuring user adoption, and providing necessary support
  • Assess, cleanse, and maintain data quality using standard Salesforce functionality
  • Use the necessary features such as custom report types, reporting snapshots, complex charting, custom summary formulas, bucketing, joined reports, and cross-filters to build reports that meet complex business requirements
  • Own the Salesforce configuration by creating flows, workflow rules, approval processes, formula fields, etc. to automate complex business processes
  • Document internal processes, releases, and Salesforce best practices

  • Deep understanding and proven experience with Salesforce.com processes and best practices
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic role with diverse responsibilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
  • Provide and distribute accurate and timely information

Must have

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce security, permissions, and access including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, hierarchy, and page/field level visibility
  • Experience inserting/ upserting data while maintaining relationships and understanding data best practices
  • Familiarity with all the features and capabilities of Salesforce reporting
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support

Would like to have

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, additional Salesforce Certifications preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ along with extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce Sales Cloud, implementation experience is preferred
