We are looking for an individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. As a Business Analyst / Salesforce Administrator for the Salesforce platform at nVent you bring application knowledge and one or more Salesforce certifications to assist you in creating and supporting solutions. You will collaborate with Salesforce teams globally across business segments establishing, implementing, and enforcing Salesforce best practices.

This role will include traditional Analysts functions like gathering requirements and interaction with stakeholders around business specific demand, and will also include delivering enhancements with Salesforce configuration and administration where necessary. Given our Agile delivery model, all work will be managed through the creation of business cases, epics, and user stories using our Jira and Confluence platforms.   
 

What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for supporting tactical day to day administration and operation of Salesforce related processes and workflows.

  • Working with various stakeholders to support and improve the Salesforce system.

  • The analyst needs to have a firm grasp of CRM best practices to drive and foster greater adoption and to improve internal customer experience.

  • Provide reporting assistance and dashboards building

  • Maintain data quality by conducting data integrity audits, reviewing reports, and working with data owners to fix issues.

  • Requirement gathering, configuration and documentation of new features.

  • System testing of all changes and updates.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution required

  • One or more Salesforce certifications preferred

  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce SalesCloud and/or ServiceCloud in a lightning enabled environment.

  • Previous experience is Sales or Customer Care

  • Strong focus on teamwork and ability to work as part of different teams and cultures across all functions and levels.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to turn complex user requirements into Jira User Stories

  • Good English oral and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Willingness and ability to continuously learn new skills and take on board added responsibilities.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
