Overview:
Tracelink is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Salesforce team. This role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce environment, as well as playing a key role in advanced automation, system integration, and process optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Salesforce as well as a deep understanding of automation tools such as Flow. You will also assist in managing integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems to drive efficiency and improve business processes.
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be expected to act as a technical leader within the Salesforce ecosystem, collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, and drive enhancements that optimize our Salesforce platform. You will also assist with the implementation and management of integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, including Salesforce CPQ.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, including user management, security, data management, and maintaining system health, while optimizing Salesforce configurations (objects, fields, layouts, rules, automations, profiles, permissions, etc.).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into functional and scalable automated solutions.

Design, implement, and maintain complex Flow automations to streamline business processes, including sales workflows, approval processes, and data updates, while ensuring that automations are optimized for performance and scalability, minimizing technical debt.

Collaborate with IT, Sales Leadership, and Finance to optimize Salesforce CPQ, streamline order-to-cash workflow, and perform QA for new releases.

Assist in implementing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g. Outreach, Impartner PRM).

Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance and optimal performance, while providing guidance on best practices for data management, ensuring the consistency, quality, and accuracy of data across the system.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations for enhancing the user experience, particularly those that leverage AI technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide ongoing support, training and documentation to the sales team on the features and best practices of Salesforce and integrated technologies.

Participate in Salesforce releases, updates, and platform maintenance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field

7+ years Salesforce administrator or related experience, in a high-tech/SaaS high-growth environment

Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) required; Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM 301) and/or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification preferred.

3+ years working with Salesforce CPQ

3+ years experience with Flow Builder

Prior experience supporting a user base of at least 300 users

Experience in managing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g. Outreach, Netsuite, Impartner PRM, conversational intelligence tools).

Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, sharing insights and innovations, and contributing to a knowledge-sharing ecosystem that embraces new technologies.

Outstanding listening, analytical, organizational and time management skills. Ability to dig into data, surface actionable insights and demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills

Eagerness to explore new features and functionalities and an openness to experimenting with cutting-edge AI solutions.

Able to lead projects of moderate complexity, and advocate for the adoption of innovative practices and AI tools
