Join Virtuozzo as a Salesforce Administrator
Virtuozzo, a global leader in virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions, is looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team in EMEA. You’ll work as part of a small, agile global team, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, helping us drive the evolution, scalability, and adoption of our Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about optimizing systems, improving user experience, and supporting business process automation in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Creating and Managing Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, lightning apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Sandbox environment management
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Change requests completed on time
- Monitor and improve user adoption
- New user and ongoing user training
- Technical documentation
- Comfortable with dealing with large data volumes
What You Bring
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with configuring Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Commercial experience and understanding of Sales Processes
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Must be able to maintain objectivity, demonstrate diplomacy, and tact in all situations
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Problem solver and detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience absorbing information quickly from a business perspective and translating this into technical requirements
- Experience with Account Engagement Preferred
Nice to have
- Salesforce Certifications (especially Salesforce Administrator)
- Previously used Salesforce as an end user
- Salesforce Billing experience
