Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team, focusing on the hands-on configuration and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud and related post-sales applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the platform, ensuring its stability, and delivering a world-class experience for both our customers and internal users.
This individual will work closely with Customer Support and Customer Success stakeholders, IT product management, Developers, and QA team members to maintain and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, hands-on configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud and related post-sales applications. Your focus will be on ensuring platform stability and delivering a world-class experience for both our customers and internal users.
Role Responsibilities
  • Perform daily administration and support of the Salesforce platform, including user and license management, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Build, test, and deploy declarative solutions using Flow Builder, validation rules, and other Salesforce automation tools.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolution.
  • Manage data quality and integrity using tools like Data Loader for imports, exports, and updates.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to test and deploy system enhancements.
  • Maintain system documentation, including configuration workbooks and support materials for end users.
  • Oversee native integrations with third-party post-sales applications.

Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications: Administrator (Required), Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Service Cloud Consultant (Preferred).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including a strong proficiency with Flow Builder and Service Cloud configuration.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues, analyze system performance, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience with data migration and third-party application integrations with Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Gainsight-Salesforce integration

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of Zoom Contact Center integration with Salesforce
  • Understanding of Customer 360 in Salesforce

Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
