WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Working closely with our customer-facing teams (Customer Success & Professional Services) to build workflow solutions and improve internal user experience in Salesforce.

  • Deploy integrations between AI tooling and Salesforce to make internal and external processes more efficient.

  • Build new applications and automations with Salesforce Flows, Lightning components, and improve layouts.

  • Help create automations that take advantage of AI with n8n.

  • Provide proactive recommendations for enhancements and participate in the entire development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.

  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of automations and Salesforce solutions.

  • Skill consideration and summarising:

    Must-have:

    1. Salesforce Admin skills, including extensive experience building with Flow.

    2. Practice using AI in your daily job, e.g. leveraging LLMs for problem-solving, brainstorming.

    3. Deep curiosity and a strong appetite to learn.

    4. Technical autonomy in your daily tasks.

    Great to have:

    1. Experience building automations with low-code tools (n8n, zappier, make, etc.)

    2. Experience building automations with AI API calls, or agentic workflows

    3. Experience with Apex

    4. Proven project/stakeholder management skills

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE IN YOUR NEW POSITION

  • Salesforce pro – 2+ years as a Salesforce Admin (bonus points for developer experience)

  • Credentials that count – Salesforce certifications to showcase your expertise

  • AI know-how – hands-on experience with AI tools and deployments

  • Sharp problem-solver – analytical thinking with razor-sharp attention to detail

  • Team player – clear communicator who collaborates effortlessly across diverse teams

  • Collaborator at heart – thrive in a dynamic environment and keep multiple priorities moving

  • Integration wizard – skilled with Flow Builder, integrations, and n8n

  • Fluent communicator – excellent English, written and spoken. German is a plus

  • Strong academic foundation – bachelor’s degree
