Salesforce Administrator (Kantata)

About the Job: 

Veradigm is seeking a skilled and dynamic Salesforce Administrator with strong expertise in both Salesforce and Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) administration. This hybrid role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing Salesforce functionality across various departments, while also integrating Kantata to support project management and enhancing team collaboration. If you are passionate about driving operational efficiency and have a knack for managing multiple platforms, this role is perfect for you! 

You will oversee Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities, while also ensuring smooth integration with Kantata for project and resource management. Additionally, experience with Smartsheet is a plus, as it can contribute to streamlined project tracking and reporting. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Administer and configure Salesforce for 200+ users across various departments including Sales, Implementation, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service. 
  • Design and configure Salesforce user roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and other key features to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Manage and optimize the integration of Salesforce with Kantata, improving project management, resource allocation, and reporting capabilities across teams. 
  • Support the ongoing improvement of the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it delivers maximum value by identifying new features, tools, and best practices. 
  • Provide hands-on training and support to Salesforce and Kantata users, ensuring adoption of new features and processes. 
  • Maintain up-to-date Salesforce certifications and keep informed of the latest developments in Salesforce and related tools. 
  • Assist with integration solutions and maintain data flow between Salesforce and other business systems (e.g., EHR, data warehouse, marketing tools). 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure the systems meet business needs and support overall strategic goals. 

About You: 

  • You are a proactive Salesforce Administrator with strong hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce Lightning, and you have a passion for optimizing business processes. 
  • You have deep experience with Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) and are comfortable using it for project management and resource planning. 
  • You are skilled at integrating systems, managing user adoption, and providing strategic insights for operational improvements. 
  • You are a collaborative communicator who enjoys working closely with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and efficiency. 
  • You have a solid understanding of APIs, data integrations, and webhooks, which you can leverage to streamline system processes and data flow. 

Qualifications: 

  • At least 2 years of experience implementing and supporting Salesforce, including managing a Salesforce user base of 100+ users. 
  • Strong configuration and development experience with Salesforce Lightning. 
  • Familiarity with Apex, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers, and VisualForce page development. 
  • Hands-on experience using and supporting Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) for project management, resource tracking, and reporting. 
  • Solid understanding of data integrations, including APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft). 
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Tableau, PowerBI). 

Bonus Qualifications: 

  • You have familiarity with Smartsheet, or similar tools, and are eager to integrate it into the workflow for better project management and reporting.
  • Salesforce certifications: Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
  • 2+ years working in a SaaS-based environment.
  • Healthcare sector experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial and operational reporting is a bonus.
