Position Summary:
Join our India team as a Salesforce Administrator at our Bangalore office. In this role, you shall be responsible for the following:
- System Administration:
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Customization & Configuration:
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
- Develop reports and dashboards for various departments to improve decision-making.
- Configure Salesforce to align with business processes and objectives.
- Data Management:
- Ensure data accuracy, de-duplication, and compliance with company policies.
- Perform regular data imports, exports, and backups.
- Develop best practices for data governance and security.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users.
- Document system processes and user guidelines.
- Assist teams with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Integration & Enhancements:
- Work with third-party applications and integrations (e.g., marketing automation, ERP systems).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
You shall have
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
- Experience with reports, dashboards, and data management best practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and user support
- Willingness to work from Bangalore office
- Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Outlook, Hubspot, Finance tools)
