Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to manage, configure, support, and enhance Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce Administration experience along with a good understanding of Salesforce CPQ configuration, product catalog, pricing, discounting, quote management, approvals, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and relationships.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, and sharing settings.
- Configure and maintain Flows and other declarative automation.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom report types.
- Manage data using Data Import Wizard, Data Loader, and other Salesforce data management tools.
- Perform data quality checks, data cleansing, deduplication, and validation.
- Support Salesforce releases, enhancements, change requests, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce configuration, access, data, and user-related issues.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations.
Salesforce CPQ
Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions based on business requirements.
Manage and maintain:
- Products and Product Catalog
- Price Books
- Bundles and Product Options
- Configuration Attributes
- Product Rules
- Price Rules
- Discount Schedules
- Pricing Methods
- Quote Templates
- Quote Line Editor (QLE)
- Support quote configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval processes.
Assist with configuration and maintenance of:
- Quotes
- Contracts
- Amendments
- Renewals
- Orders
- Subscriptions and Assets
- Support and troubleshoot Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.
- Work with Salesforce Developers and CPQ Consultants on complex configurations and customizations.
