JOB SUMMARYAvid is seeking a technical and strategic Salesforce Administrator and QA Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team. We are looking for a self-motivated expert to ensure quality, functionality, and performance of Salesforce applications by developing, executing, and automating test plans. This role is a critical bridge between development and business teams to test custom features, data migrations, and integrations, working in Agile environments to identify bugs and validate system performance. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Create comprehensive test plans, manual/automated test cases, and scenarios based on user stories and requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on Salesforce CRM, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
  • Utilize tools like Selenium, Provar, or Apex testing frameworks to develop automated scripts for testing workflows.
  • Document, track, and verify software bugs in systems like Jira, collaborating with developers for resolution.
  • Test Salesforce-specific functionality such as validation rules, Apex triggers, workflows, data security, and Apex data loading.
  • Handle testing for seasonal Salesforce releases (Spring, Summer, Winter). 
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce Admin with QA and tech support, with specific focus on Salesforce platforms.
  •  Familiarity with APEX code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API testing.
  • Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes
  • Ability to work effectively in the EST time zone (Amer/New York).

Skills Required

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, QA, and technical support focused on Salesforce platforms.
