Your Mission :

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support ongoing system operations, handle administrative requests, and maintain the stability and quality of the Salesforce platform. This role is highly operational and service-oriented, working closely with global teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administrative requests (User setup, Permissions) 
  • Validate proposed enhancements, evaluate technologies to support enhancements, and work with R&D to implement changes. Work with both our inhouse R&D and external resources.
  • Be able to recommend and implement best practices across Objects, Flows, Validation rules, Experiences, as well as system ingestion of data from other platforms inserting and updating Salesforce data
  • Monitor system health and ensure data quality and integrity 
  • Support release processes, testing, and deployment coordination 
  • Document processes, changes, and configurations 
  • Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to implement improvements 

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of Salesforce administration experience 
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation rules, Profiles, Permissions) 
  • Experience supporting users and handling service requests in a ticketing environment 
  • Good understanding of data management and reporting (Reports & Dashboards) 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities 
  • Team player, good communication skills

Nice to Have 

  • Salesforce Administrator certification 
  • Experience supporting global teams across time zones 
  • Working in payment or fintech company

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is 141,600-177,000 RON Gross (before tax/deductions). This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location. If the position is filled in a different location, a different salary range may apply due to objective factors such as local labor market conditions and cost of living.
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Nuvei and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
Specific benefits and details about what compensation is included in the salary range listed above will vary depending on the applicant’s location and can be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
