We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst with hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience and Seismic platform knowledge with a strong foundation in data analytics. This role requires an understanding how Seismic fits into the sales enablement ecosystem and how LiveDocs automates personalized content generation. LiveDocs uses templates, business rules, CRM data, and dynamic content to generate proposals, presentations, reports, and other customer-facing documents. - Bachelor's or equivalent.
- Salesforce.com Administrator certification desired.
- 2+ years of application or production support experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience applying systems analysis methodologies, including requirements definition, data analysis, and data mapping.
- Proven ability to partner with business and technology teams to analyze problems and design scalable, sustainable solutions.

- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce using declarative tools.

- Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems and tools such as ETL processes, data lakes/warehouses, and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience exporting, cleansing, and re-importing Salesforce data using SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader (or similar tools), and Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, Conditional Formatting, VLOOKUP).
