The Position: The Salesforce Administrator intern position at ISN will carry out various analytical, project management and technical functions to successfully execute large-scale and strategic customer relationship management projects with the goal of improving the experience for ISN customers and employees. It requires that one be a self-starter, organized, able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with the day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization. At the close of their internship, they will present their findings and final products to the Team Management and Supervisors.
Who should apply?
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification - preferred
- Good understanding of the Salesforce product suite, with experience in the following Clouds preferred: Sales, Service, Revenue (CPQ and Billing), Experience (formerly Community) etc.
- Hands-on experience with administrative functions in Salesforce Lightning including user management and security controls
- Hands-on experience with custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, flows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports and dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- You will be required to come into the office each day during this internship to allow for team collaborations, training, events, and meetings.
Internship Start Date: June 2, 2025 (ending August 8, 2025)
Compensation: $25.00 per hour with 40 hours anticipated per week, paid bi-weekly.
