OTC Sales&Expert területi képviselő (Nyugat-Magyarország)

Az OTC Sales&Expert területi képviselő gyógyszertárakat és reumatológusokat látogat annak érdekében, hogy biztosítsa a Haleon versenyelőnyét a piacon a többi szereplővel szemben, valamint növelje a Haleon márkák ajánlásait az egészségügyi szakemberek (gyógyszerészek, reumatológusok) körében. Célja a saját terület hatékony menedzselése, a célcsoportba tartozó ügyfelek látogatásának tervezése, megszervezése és kivitelezése révén.

Főbb feladatok és felelősségi körök:

  • Rendelések felvétele CRM rendszeren keresztül (Veeva) és továbbítása a nagykereskedők felé

  • Termékláthatóság kiaknázása a polci megjelenítés és POS eszközök hatékony felhasználásával, ellenőrzése TRAX rendszer segítségével

  • Termékelérhetőség ellenőrzése, optimalizálása

  • A versenytársak tevékenységével kapcsolatos információk gyűjtése CRM rendszeren keresztül

  • Termékeink összetételéről, működéséről, hatékonyságáról szakmai előadások tartása gyógyszerészek és reumatológusok részére

  • POS-ek, termékminták eljuttatása a rendelőkbe vagy a gyógyszertárakba, az átadás megfelelő dokumentálása (CRM rendszerben, átvételi elismervényen)

  • Referálók szervezése és tartása

  • Rendezvényeken, kiállításokon, egyéb eseményeken való aktív közreműködés
