What You’ll Do in This Role:

  • Collaborate & Design: Work closely with our design team, installers, and management to create and deliver stunning, custom window treatment solutions for clients.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage every step of the sales process—from consultation and quoting to order placement and follow-up—supported by our dedicated office team.
  • In-Home Expert: Use your expertise to provide tailored recommendations that bring each client’s vision to life.
  • Be a Team Player: Join a supportive group of professionals committed to exceptional service and successful project completion.

  • Strong Income Potential: Start with a base of $40k, with first-year earnings projected between $69k–$73k, and potential to reach $80k+ in your second year.

A Typical Day in This Role:

  • Client Engagement: Connect with clients in our showroom or their homes, providing personalized advice on design options and guiding them through the selection process.
  • Sales & Project Management: Handle quotes, manage orders, and oversee each project from measurements to installation to ensure satisfaction and smooth delivery.
  • Lead Development & Follow-Up: Benefit from provided leads and maintain client relationships to ensure a high closing rate.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Partner with our installers and operations team to create an excellent customer experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Design-Savvy: Experience in interior design, home decorating, or in-home sales (window treatments, furniture, custom upholstery) is ideal.
  • Sales Professional: Previous experience with quoting, project management, and conducting in-home sales consultations is required. Experience in design retail, real estate, or home staging is a plus.
  • People-Person: Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members. You're naturally skilled in building and managing client relationships.
  • Adaptable & Positive: Comfortable managing multiple projects and able to navigate a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Experience with Quoterite: Knowledge of Quoterite is a plus but not required.
