Reporting to Senior Vice President Sales, Powersports and Outdoor Power Equipment, the mission of the Vice President of Outdoor Power Equipment, is to profitably grow our retail financing business in the mower, trailer and tractor markets. The successful candidate will develop corporate sales strategy, monitor and report success metrics for Powersports growth initiatives, and achieve benchmark annual origination targets. The Vice President of Sales,OPE will work closely with strategy, risk, marketing, and product, and present findings to sales management and make recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Develop Sales roadmap to achieve annual ordinations targets
- Create and drive go-to-market growth strategy
- Provide strategic input and direction to the organization based on market feedback on existing and prospective programs and product features.
- Drive dealer activation, engagement, enrollment and training
- Set current and long-term goals, metrics and tasks that connect with company OKRs
- Work closely with strategy, product, marketing, and tech to achieve long term goals
- Strategically prioritize business development initiatives
- Manage and mentor your team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree followed by 10+ years experience in a growth leadership role at an OEM, lending business, or growth business with a merchant distribution network
- Experience setting and achieving ambitious KPIs for a sales team team
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate ROI against your strategies
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication
