Sr. Account Manager (West)
What you will do:
- Managing a portfolio of clients independently with focus on large clients
- Run regular face to face meetings with clients to ensure premium customer service;
- Execute customer communications – personal and via telephone, video or email, in line with standards and processes;
- Negotiating business terms and up-selling
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
- Provide specific information regarding company's services and products;
- Assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
- Regular performance reporting to clients, persuasive QBR presentations for large clients
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge;
- Mentoring for junior colleagues (new AMs and Junior AMs) in campaign management
- Driving company-wide or local projects in account management
- Building expertise and being go-to person in some areas of knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience (6+ years) in managing online advertising campaigns for Fortune 1000 clients;
- Preferably e-commerce experience working for another retargeter or agency;
- Persuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentations;
- Working experience of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of customer support tools and processes;
- Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
- Multi-tasking, high energy, resourcefulness;
- Strong and clear motivation, able to self-motivate and inspire others
- Positive, can-do attitude;
- Experience in developing/mentoring others would be an advantage;
- Bachelor's degree;
