This Remote role based in South Africa will be the focal point for a range of reporting and sales queries, problem solving, whilst implementing and streamlining sales processes. Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager the role will also support the drive to increase sales automation, data integrity, training and sales support, as well as supporting initiatives that grow customer segments and maximise partner channel outcomes.

What you'll do

Provide reports, dashboards and other ad-hoc analyses to decision-makers within the business unit.
Provide accurate Sales forecasting data, weekly, quarterly and annually.
Support target setting and developing quota-deployed targets
Improve commissions processing with minimal adjustments
Drive performance off insights from the frequency-based partner segmentation model
Implement, utilisation and training of Salesforce across the GTM (go to market) team
Work with the Sales Operations Manager and the Sales Teams to gather feedback and improve on existing processes to build in efficiencies for our Sales team.

What you'll bring

Experience using a CRM (Customer relationship management) system
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
Ability to quickly build rapport with people and confidence to direct the sales team
Experience with commission processing and Quota setting practices
To be process driven with the ability to take ownership
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to write and read SQL is a plus

Erika Porras Gutierrez’s work leading Xero’s ERG for Indigenous Americans has enhanced her employee experience in several ways. “It has clarified what inclusion really means, taught me new ways of interacting with people and made me more empathetic,” she said. Not only has she grown personally due to this role, but it’s also encouraged her to engage with other engineering teams in an effort to better understand her peers’ needs. She’s currently helping plan an event that will enable Indigenous people to share their unique stories with others in the company.

Eean Tyson’s role as the co-chair of Black Xero enables him to champion inclusion and cultivate community across the company. “I want to ensure people feel a sense of belonging,” he said.
