Senior Sales Operations Analyst

This Remote role based in South Africa will be the focal point for a range of reporting and sales queries, problem solving, whilst implementing and streamlining sales processes. Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager the role will also support the drive to increase sales automation, data integrity, training and sales support, as well as supporting initiatives that grow customer segments and maximise partner channel outcomes.
What you'll do
- Provide reports, dashboards and other ad-hoc analyses to decision-makers within the business unit.
- Provide accurate Sales forecasting data, weekly, quarterly and annually.
- Support target setting and developing quota-deployed targets
- Improve commissions processing with minimal adjustments
- Drive performance off insights from the frequency-based partner segmentation model
- Implement, utilisation and training of Salesforce across the GTM (go to market) team
- Work with the Sales Operations Manager and the Sales Teams to gather feedback and improve on existing processes to build in efficiencies for our Sales team.

What you'll bring
- Experience using a CRM (Customer relationship management) system
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people and confidence to direct the sales team
- Experience with commission processing and Quota setting practices
- To be process driven with the ability to take ownership
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Ability to write and read SQL is a plus
