Sales Operations Manager
Gopuff is the go-to solution for immediate everyday needs, fulfilling customer orders of cleaning and
home products to over-the-counter medications to food and drinks, and in some markets, alcohol - in just
minutes. As a member of Gopuff's new Marketing Solutions team, you will be an integral member
responsible for helping drive & lead the Sales Planning & Operations strategy including pricing, revenue
forecasting, goal setting, productivity, GTM strategy and sales effectiveness as we prepare for
hyper-growth of the ads business.
You Will:
- Oversee & build out Gopuff's client relationship management platform (CRM is
- Salesforce), including key sales and opportunity dashboards, and integration with
- Adtech and campaign management systems, billing, and accounting
- Develop detailed sales reporting and analysis on current pipeline, YoY trends, new
- market opportunities, competitive analysis, and operating trends
- Assist in sales planning, productivity analysis, product performance evaluation to inform
- product investment and prioritization
- Assist in strategic sales package planning and pricing
- Drive process improvement to increase efficiencies across the entire Sales organization,
- including account management and campaign management, as well as project
- management and improved visibility with XFN partners
- Lead cross-functional efforts between GMS, Merchandising, SC, Finance, PMM, Product
- and Analytics
- Oversee vendor management (e.g. Mediamint Adops) and compliance with brand
- partner and GMS goals
- Own & optimize end of month billing process and revenue reconciliation
You Have:
- 7-10 years of experience performing similar duties at a fast growing organization;
- start-up experience, preferred
- Highly analytical and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Approach decision making with a data first approach
- Experience working in ad inventory management systems and CRM platforms;
- Salesforce highly preferred
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
- Proven strategic ability while being hands on for long term strategic visions
- Strong technical skills in Excel and data visualization tools; Looker experience preferred
