Sales Operations Manager at Snap Raise
Snap Raise is looking for a stellar Sales Operations Manager to join our Internal Operations team. This position is responsible for managing tools, processes, and technologies to better equip our internal and external sales team for success, as well as partner with our technology team on projects. Daily responsibilities include managing sales territories and transfers, configuring account and user roles, support configuration needs for Subscription Services, general CRM administration, reporting on CRM metrics, and work alongside sales leadership to develop and streamline sales processes.
A successful candidate is self-motivated, dependable, well-organized, and adaptable with strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent time management skills. Since a majority of this role’s communication with internal stakeholders and external partners is done via email and phone; excellent communication skills are a must! A “can-do” attitude is required, and the individual must thrive in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.

This is a full-time, remote position.
Sales Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Build out dashboards and complete maintenance for our OS subscription program
Manage and enhance sales processes for:
Territory management / territory re-assignment
HubSpot Opportunity management
Sales rep on-boarding / off-boarding
Manage and deploy Sales tools
Complete regional territory reviews annually with sales leadership and redesign territories based on feedback, market share, and headcount.
Proactively identify bottlenecks in sales processes and work with upper management to implement solutions
CRM Administrative duties as needed and assist the sales organization in daily troubleshooting.
Partner with Sales Training on implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams towards reducing ramp times of new reps
Identify requirements for program changes from policy stakeholders, partner with other departments to create a working roadmap of items for feasible enhancements or change, proactively identify and manage risks/issues with a strong focus on escalation management
Partner with core internal technical teams on key improvement or new feature initiatives, Additionally, represent current state of processes admin to user and implement sales operations solutions to address internal or external customer needs.
Improve productivity by evaluating and implementing sales technology
Oversee the intake ticketing queue for our sales operations team and track progress on open items
Train internal team on new technology and software, as well as partner with Training and Development for larger training opportunities
Follow ethical practices with all sales and customer data
What we are looking for in a Sales Operations Manager:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
4+ years of work experience as a Sales Operations Manager, Project Manager, or Program Manager in Business Operations, Business Administration, or similar field.
Demonstrated data analysis and reporting experience with exceptional attention to detail.
Highly organized and able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects, sometimes with little or no guidance.
Strong understanding of CRM and database software, HubSpot experience Preferred
Ability to creatively problem solve and proactively present solutions
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to travel up to 10%
