Sales Operations & Enablement Manager
We are looking for a resourceful and effective Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to drive operational excellence for Gopuff’s sales & partnerships organization. This role will focus on sales strategy, lead generation and qualification, sales process, sales analytics, and tools. The ideal candidate is data driven, creative, a problem-solver, and a self-starter.

What you will do
- Build and optimize sales strategy alongside leadership
- Lead high priority initiatives including existing business revenue growth, lead gen, pipeline management, org structure, hiring process, sales incentive plan, and territory optimization
- Build sales enablement: sales marketing materials, funnel conversion efficiency, templates and playbooks, QBRs, automated external reporting, and internal reports for the team to utilize
- Build and evolve a new hire training program and existing team ongoing training
- Partner with leadership to set longer term and near term KPIs and goal; make sure team members are pacing toward success
- Develop process and procedure for effective cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Supply teams
- Oversee CRM adoption and management
- Be an expert in thoughtful resource allocation
- Gain expertise in e-commerce and delivery industry trends, technologies, partners, and competitors; develop proactive strategies to maintain a competitive edge
What you will need
- Minimum of 8 years sales, sales enablement, and sales operations experience working cross-functionally with sales leadership, strategy & planning, finance, and marketing
- Strong experience working closely with in-market operations and cross functional teams
- Thrive in scrappy, high-growth environment
- Creative and solution oriented
- Strong execution and ability to deliver on tasks at hand
- Expertise in stakeholder management, sales systems design, and data analysis experience
- Deep interest for CPG and consumer brands; can speak passionately about our industry
- Strong capabilities in planning and executing account strategy by segment and geography; creating and presenting sales plans; setting milestones, and measuring performance
- Excellent communicator; strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills; effective at delivering executive level presentations
- Experience with Salesforce and ability to develop analysis based on CRM data in a scalable manner; experience implementing Salesforce preferred
- You are enthusiastic about understanding the sales funnel and actively follow new trends and/or changes on best practices within sales operations
- Desire to take initiative; lean in with your team; thrive on change and comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience with SQL, and sales tools (e.g, Xactly, Outreach) is preferred
