Sales Operations Coordinator
The Team:
Our Sales Operations team is expanding and hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to join us in Boston, MA. You will help support daily operations for our sales team and work closely with Sales Operations leadership to learn processes and systems in order to effectively execute daily tasks related to all top of funnel sales activities. You are a self-starter, motivated to learn, detail oriented, have a sense of urgency, great communicator and a ‘doer’ and thrive in a fast paced environment.

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our growing sales team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high growth company and start your career in Sales Operations! We need a smart, roll-up your sleeves individual who is willing to go the extra mile in order to support all aspects of our sales process. You’ll be responsible for keeping things organized to enable our sales team to focus on closing new business. This role is crucial to ensure our Sales team is set up for success.
You Will:
Providing front line sales support for our global sales organization; this includes routing requests to appropriate team members in addition to completing requests in your job function
Monitoring ticket queues and aligning other team members on resolution
Working with Sales Reps to resolve and address routine issues by applying Datadog policies and procedural knowledge for the Top of Funnel function
Understanding Sales Rep’s routine use of Salesforce and various third party tools in order to provide operational support
Assist reps with ad-hoc training and support more advanced training sessions over time
Learn Salesforce to support and understand reporting and dashboard requests
Work on various team projects related to data hygiene in Salesforce
You Are:
You are a self-starter and highly motivated
Organized and task oriented with excellent attention to detail
You are a Learner - you enjoy learning new things and apply your knowledge to your day to day where applicable
Effective communicator, both written and verbal
You enjoy collaborating with others and solving problems
- BA/BS degree required
Bonus Points:
0 - 1 years of experience in Sales Operations or equivalent role
Experience working at a SaaS company
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Excel experience, analytical skills
Relevant Internship experience
