About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to help scale our MSP team through our next phase of growth and beyond. You’ll build a talented team of sales professionals, manage all day-to-day activities, and motivate the team to execute at a high level.
The JumpCloud MSP team is a key area of focus for the organization and growing quickly. You’ll be expected to bring your experience and sense of urgency to drive sales execution and help propel the team forward. In addition to revenue, new partner recruitment and partner enablement are driving forces for you and this team. This role reports to the Head of MSP Sales.
In this position you will...
- Build and lead a team of 8-10 Partner Account Executives.
- Meet or exceed company plan for MSP revenue.
- Recruit skills and experience that fit our sales model and company culture.
- Work closely with Sales Enablement to successfully onboard new AEs and build talent through career development.
- Ensure your team is positioned to serve as advocates for our MSP partners.
- Partner with Customer Support to provide a top support experience for all MSPs and their clients.
- Identify top MSP partner prospects and work with your team to grow these relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience managing a closing sales team in SaaS organizations.
- Understanding of the MSP market and its unique benefits and challenges. MSP sales experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with security or identity and access management industry.
- Strong ability to motivate your team and drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to use Salesforce and other tools to manage the business and accurately forecast revenue.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organization skills.
- A positive can-do attitude, a passion for helping partners grow their businesses, and a personal investment in your team’s success and the success and growth of its individuals.
- Bachelor’s degree desired.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role is $180,000-225,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. JumpCloud provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance and a 401k savings plan. We have an unlimited vacation policy.
Where you’ll be working
All our roles are remote in the U.S. unless otherwise specified. Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area. Once we reopen our offices you will have the opportunity to remain fully remote (in the U.S.), work from one of our office locations (CO only currently) or flex your time.
