Sales Coordinator

We’re looking for a sales coordinator to support the company’s sales team. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and will help coordinate all things sales.
What you’ll do:
- Scheduling and Tracking - You will support the sales team to manage schedules, organize important collateral, and ensure all systems are properly updated to reflect activity
- Handle the processing of all RFP’s in Salesforce with accuracy and timeliness
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure an efficient sales process
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of meetings and events
- Work with the employer marketing team to ensure a strong brand presence
What you need to be successful:
- 2+ years working at a fast paced company handling multiple workstreams
- Experience prioritizing effectively, strong detail orientation and sales focused mentality
- An ability to manage complex projects and achieve results against tight deadlines
- A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside
