Your impact.
- Consistently identifies opportunities and closes new business in the enterprise market segment (3,000 - 15,000 EE’s)
- Builds trust among key decision makers to foster and develop prospects
- Develops and maintains an effective sales and market penetration plan for assigned territory
- Drive complex solution sales cycles, aligning Prospect needs and gaps with solution offering, through collaboration across internal teams -- (marketing, implementations, account management and engineering)
- Ability to articulate HealthJoy’s value proposition to prospective and existing clients and successfully secure new business
- Collaborate with all levels and departments in a positive and successful manner
Your experience.
- Aggressive self-starter with strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate the strategic levels of customer organizations, identify key decision-makers, build relationships with senior executives and schedule meetings with key stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
- Commitment to sell, win and grow
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; excellent poise and presentation skills
- Minimum 5+ years of successful selling to the C-level within healthcare accounts
- Ability to travel 50% of time
