Platform Success Coordinator

About this job
The platform success coordinator will be an integral part of the team responsible for accelerating clients along their digital transformation journeys through the deployment of NielsenIQ’s next-generation Connect Platform. Supporting multiple customer deployments simultaneously, the ideal candidate is a natural communicator and collaborator who holds people accountable to timelines and mutually aligned objectives.
Responsibilities
Support execution of customer sales & deployment playbook
Platform setup and user access
Training coordination
Manage client communications
Summarize project status and escalate issues when needed
Offer creative solutions for process improvements when warranted
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Strong organizational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to track, manage, and drive resolution of issues / tickets
Ability to prepare simple client-ready and leadership-ready presentation of project status & outcomes
Strong written and verbal communication skills to tailor client communications and manage project
Efficient time management skills
