The Role
Overhaul is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. The Inside Account Representative will be chartered with developing and managing a sales pipeline, a mix of large and small customer accounts, while executing sales strategies to secure deals that will exceed account acquisition and revenue goals.
Specifically, this individual will be responsible for selling our Truckshield product, a freight protection tool fused with law enforcement connectivity ability and direct insurance claim functionality, enabling eligibility for substantial cargo liability insurance and auto premium cost-savings.
The Day to Day
- Stay knowledgeable on product and solution offerings, the benefits they provide, and their value to our customers
- Articulate Overhaul’s offerings to customers via phone and deliver compelling product demos tailored to their specific needs
- Continuously build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline through cold-calls, marketing-leads, customer referrals, executive introductions, and your networks
- Maintain highly accurate, up to date CRM information on customers and opportunities within HubSpot.
- Succeed with executing on both inbound and outbound lead opportunities, aiming for daily phone calls (50+) to further lead development and conversions
- Collaborate with internal support systems and stakeholders to ensure that customers' expectations are correctly set and that they are kept informed while experiencing the buying journey
- Write accurate quotes and automate contract execution via HubSpot tools
- Position our company's capabilities and value proposition to resolve customer concerns or objections throughout the buying process
- Provide sales reports to management and executives on a regular basis and assistance on special projects where required
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales process, via scripting, playbooks, etc
- This role, with success, has a fast-track opportunity to mentorship and sales leadership for development of a larger inside sales team

Your Expertise and Passion
- Minimum 2 years of high velocity inside sales experience (particularly SAAS experience) with a track record of meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota
- Experience selling into SMB business segment
- You're a natural on the phone. That means you have a confirmed ability in handling a high volume of sales activity via the telephone
- Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channel
- You realize that our company is a specialized platform and it's not about the sale, it's about what's best for the customer and Overhaul. Success means we both succeed.
- You're organized, principled, and can give concise reports on opportunities to company leadership.
- Experience within the transportation space and/or direct carrier sales is a plus
