I firmly believe that the best ideas can come from anywhere, and anyone. My responsibility is to share the vision of the company so that everyone at CompanyCam can have that context thus being equipped to add to it. Most of our best ideas and strategies didn’t come from me.They came because the employees closest to the problem saw a great solution.

I've learned how to experiment in a way that yields true learnings. I've seen people test ideas I thought would fail, but instead succeeded. There's such freedom to try, and a belief that failure isn't really failure, it's learning. True failure is when you don't use the learnings you gained.
