About the Role
We’re looking for accomplished sellers who want to help us build the future of multiple red-hot verticals. Esper is a DevOps platform with a hardware twist, and well positioned to surf the macroeconomic trends towards edge-device productivity, and the global embrace of Android as the technical infrastructure of the 21st century.
Why This Role is Unique
We’re looking for a different caliber of seller; Technical enough to nerd out with CTOs, curious enough to learn and navigate the complex Android ecosystem, collaborative enough to manage internal presales & sales dev resources. We sell to many different sizes & shapes of client in virtually every industry, and are committed to giving our team the transferable skills to build a long, lucrative career in SaaS.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Outbound prospecting; We’re an outbound-first culture, and everyone from our COO to Sales Leadership still does cold outreach. You will too. Pipeline is everyone’s problem.
- Travel; We’re in this for the long haul, and believe that great client relationships are built face to face.
- Account Management: Because most value is created after the first signature.
- Culture; We hire extraordinary talent who can add value today and scale for tomorrow. You’ll help us figure out how to do that Negotiate and close; Because we sell something that improves life & business for our clients, we get to see this as a gift.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in SaaS, Hardware, or any role illuminating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- A track record of achieving excellence in a chosen field. We don’t care where.
- You find joy in the process of continual improvement and refinement in everything you do.
- Irrationally but politely persistent.
- Extreme ownership.
- Consistent bias to action.
- You’re the type of person who tosses the directions before assembling Ikea furniture.
