Enterprise Account Executive / Healthcare
Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed sales objectives at the Enterprise level
Effectively perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as required
Create client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews
Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives across both Corporate IT and Clinical teams
Student of the healthcare industry and investor in the healthcare community
Engage in healthcare ecosystem and brand Zoom Healthcare
Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close
Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
Utilize CRM solution to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities / challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate
Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities
Leverage key customer relationships for video testimonials and case studies
Requirements:
BA/BS, 10+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience at a Technology company. 5+ of these years selling into companies with 10k+ employees
Direct selling experienced selling Video Collaboration or Enterprise Cloud solutions to Healthcare Providers preferred
Primary residence in GA, FL, NC, or SC strongly preferred
Solid understanding of healthcare ecosystem and regulatory requirements selling into this segment
Ability to articulate healthcare business acumen
This position requires experience prospecting net new logos, develop and maintain business within existing accounts and manage complex sales situations / large projects
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required
Proven client satisfaction, proven track record & strong team player
Experience conducting product demonstrations with ability to build strategic & business value messaging
Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
Salesforce CRM experience preferred
