We’re looking for a director of sales operations to oversee the company’s overall sales strategy and day-to-day interactions with prospective clients. This role reports directly to Garner’s Chief Revenue Officer and will help manage a majority of the company’s business development initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Own and improve the end to end processes of our sales organization
  • Strategically analyze operational data and provide recommendations that drive continuous improvement, with a focus on increasing sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Partner with cross functional leaders to establish sales forecasts and facilitate the ongoing optimization and load balancing of sales coverage and account assignments.
  • Architect and manage ongoing updates to our Salesforce instance and Sales Operation processes 
  • Develop and manage key metrics and performance indicators needed to measure the effectiveness of the sales team.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • 5-10 years in business operations with a significant focus on sales operations
  • Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data, draw insights and provide strategic recommendations in a visually clear, concise manner
  • Drive to manage complex projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and with excellent quality.
  • Experience building and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
