Job Description & Responsibilities
Doodle Labs is the global leader in high-performance private wireless networking systems. We provide cutting-edge mesh networks for robotics, drones, and the Industrial Internet of Things. Doodle Labs has experienced rapid growth over the past five years as our products have been adopted by Fortune 500 companies (e.g. Airbus, General Electric) and industry-leading innovators (e.g. Boston Dynamics, FLIR).
Doodle Labs is hiring a Director of Sales with a successful track record of driving revenue growth from mid to large technology companies, including OEMs and system integrators. They will lead the sales function, which includes talented individuals focused on a variety of channels, industries, and product lines. The ideal candidate will bring a proven playbook that can be implemented to further build out the sales function and team at Doodle Labs.
Competitive compensation for this position will be a combination of a base salary and commission.
Key Attributes

  • A successful track record selling hardware technology to mid-size and large OEMs and system integrators
  • A technical background and/or significant experience in selling complex networking technology
  • Significant experience leading cross-functional sales teams in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Strong personal and professional drive for success and a positive worldview


Position Responsibilities

  • Commit to and drive revenue based on assigned quarterly targets
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies and lead their implementation across cross-functional teams
  • Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and industry experts to help maintain Doodle Lab's competitive advantage
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, accurate forecasts, and performance reporting
  • Implement highly structured sales processes across the team
    • Methodically log and track customer interactions in the CRM
    • Produce regular activity and funnel reports of the interactions with potential clients


Job Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering)
  • At least 10+ years of Sales/Business Development experience with commercial or government customers
  • Demonstrated an advanced knowledge of Networking and Radio Frequency (RF) technology
  • Presentation and reporting skills
