Director of Channel Sales
MaestroQA builds software to empower managers to coach customer support teams. Etsy, Mailchimp, Peloton, Zendesk, and more use MaestroQA to coach customer service agents on how to deliver better experiences and analyze customer service conversations to identify insights on what customers love and hate about their brands.
This role will own a strategic partner like Zendesk, Salesforce, Twilio, or more and have the opportunity to build out a team to help support this strategic partner. You and your future teams mission will be to build a strategic and tactical relationship with this partner that results in co-selling opportunities, new business pipeline for Maestro, and more.
Key Outcomes
- Build co-sell motions with Strategic Partner
- Build relationships with hundreds of employees in the Strategic Partner’s GTM org
- Build relationships that result in new business pipeline with the ecosystem around the Strategic Partner Key Requirements
- Been a Channel Sales Manager in the past and was held to a clear revenue number
- Been an Enterprise Account Executive in the past
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong culture fit - especially coachable

Compensation
