Business Development Representative
We are looking for a new Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our German team.
As a 360learning BDR, your role consists in creating business opportunities for German Account Executives through inbound leads qualification. You will leverage bleeding-edge Sales Development Techniques & tools to engage prospects.
You will benefit from a thorough onboarding and training, and you will work in close collaboration with our German Sales and Marketing leadership.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Become a Trello expert, if you aren’t already
- Understand our product offering through training, with a 2-week onboarding process
- Finish onboarding and begin your core role as a BDR
- Create your first opportunities for the sales team.
Within 3 months, you will:
- Act as a partner to the Account Executives and create SQLs
- Master how to prioritize your inbound leads pipeline and forecast your performance
- Polish your outreach in sending personal, strategic, value-add emails and social messages
- Master our tool stack SalesLoft, LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.
Within 6 months, you will:
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of demos, meetings and qualified opportunities
- Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and get creative by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings
- Research trends and best practices for creating interest and engagement
Within 12 months, you will:
- Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share your knowledge with the rest of the organization
The Skills Set
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience of at least 12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience in using CRM (SalesForce preferred) & Sales Engagement Software (SalesLoft preferred) is nice to have.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Native German proficiency
- Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability (fast-paced environment)
