About the Role:
We are building our team and hiring an Account Representative for the East Region; this role will be targeting hundreds of commercial accounts across the territory. This position is within our Emerging Tech organization – which is akin to a mid-stage start up and the focus is on driving adoption and acquisition of new accounts as it relates to CrowdStrike’s big data / logging platform. Individuals joining now will be part of the exciting journey as we scale aggressively and focus on market adoption.
You will bring your sales experience in a fast-growing big data / logging / dev-ops / SaaS company. You have a proven track record in taking a new platform to market and displacing legacy solutions. You adapt well and are comfortable in a fluid, evolving environment. You are driven to achieve individual success but also thrive in a collaborative, team setting where everyone is working together to win together.
What You'll Need:
2-5 years of experience in Inside/Commercial/Field Sales in one of the following markets (BI, data analytics, security software, Big Data, ITOA & Dev Ops & Application Performance Management).
History working with a high growth, early-stage company scaling fast. Adaptable and able to excel in a quickly evolving environment.
Successful experience running the entire sales cycle from start to finish and owning a multi-million-dollar quota.
History of strong sales performance and quota attainment – track record that demonstrates exceeding goals/quotas. (Presidents and sales awards/trips a plus)
Accurate forecasting skills
Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling
The position is remote-friendly but we’re only hiring across the East region. Fluency in English is required
