About the Role
GoodRx is looking for a bright and highly motivated Account Manager to join the Manufacturer Solutions team and report to the Director of Account Services. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced team environment focused on delivering integrated solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturer partners, and their business constituents, via GoodRx.com. The ideal candidate will be curious, take initiative, and be highly detail oriented. The role will be responsible for managing the team’s marketing and conference calendar. In addition, the role will support inside sales to develop strong relationships with customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders, and prepare sales reports. This position may require occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Be the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to marketing and conferences for the Manufacturer Solutions team
- Prepare, manage and execute quarterly email blasts to customers and advertising placements in trade publications
- Work cross functionally (e.g., sales, account managers, designers and vendors) to ensure timely development and delivery of assets, and overall event success
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers and vendors
- Assist with ad hoc projects and additional assignments as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience as an account manager or relevant role
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Develops and maintains trusting, respectful and collaborative relationships
- Strong team player with a positive attitude who adapts easily to a fast-paced environment
- Analytical problem solver with a strong work ethic who can work independently and collaboratively
- Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail
- Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers is a plus
