Who you are
You are a a detail oriented, go getter who has at least one year experience in a similar role. You are eager to learn the ropes and get prospecting! You have worked with a CRM, have experience cold calling and possess a basic understanding of territory management. You have strong communication and presentation skills. In addition, you have a highly adaptable mindset, agile in adjusting to organizational change.
What You’ll Do
As Stavvy’s first Business Development Representative, you will play a major role in our sales team and will report to our Director of Sales. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, customer follow up, and cold calling prospects for our Account Executives. You will work with our CRM (HubSpot) and constantly keep it updated. You will learn the ins and outs of Stavvy as well as internal Bank, Attorney & Title agency workflow. You will interact by phone, video and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level executives.
In this role you will:
- Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes & determining requirements
- Work towards achieving and exceeding call and sales targets (KPIs)
- Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of the complete capabilities of Stavvy’s solutions
- Working on ad hoc projects for various departments within the organization.
Our office is also currently located in Newton, MA with an anticipated move date to Boston this coming November. We currently have limited capacity in-office due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are currently accepting candidates who live near or are looking to move within the commutable vicinity of Boston, MA. This job will start remote but be expected to be in office when the new location opens to foster collaboration with team members and fellow Stavviators.
