Shelor Motor Mile is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Upgrade Program Specialist to assist current service customers with upgrading to a newer vehicle. This role focuses on engaging customers visiting our service department, reviewing their current vehicle situation, and presenting trade-up opportunities that provide value and convenience. The ideal candidate is professional in appearance, comfortable using computers and dealership systems, and confident communicating with customers face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers visiting the service department and introduce upgrade opportunities.
- Review customers’ current vehicles and explain potential upgrade options.
- Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle values, benefits of upgrading, and available inventory.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to identify potential upgrade candidates.
- Use dealership computer systems and tools to track customer interactions and opportunities.
- Provide a positive, professional, and customer-focused experience.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle upgrade opportunities.
