The role has the following key deliverables:

Responsible for Rural Capability build up for the channel. Understanding the training needs & designing to onboard new Rural GTM.
- Building a Rural Capability building strategy for the organization. With proper roadmap and execution levers.
- Performance management & analysis of the Rural Channel. Content development in accordance to the need.
- Partner with cross-functional teams like Marketing, HR to ensure sales capability programs support broader business objectives & aligning leadership on capability initiatives

Knowledge/Education Required

Minimum Level of Education Required

2016-2018 Batch MBA from Top/2nd tier B School is desirable
- GT ASM/Rural ASM Stint is a must
- Rural capability building is mandatory
- One of the Regional or National Comex/ Customer Marketing stint is desirable
