What You Will Do:Empower Teams Through Learning & Development
  • Deliver engaging training experiences that build confidence, capability, and performance.
  • Facilitate instructor-led training, workshops, webinars, conferences, and learning events.
  • Create meaningful learning opportunities that support a variety of learning styles and business needs.
  • Partner with leaders to identify development opportunities and implement impactful learning solutions.
  • Develop learning plans that support individual growth and organizational success

Coach Leaders & Strengthen Performance

  • Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to community and regional leaders.
  • Support focus properties through targeted coaching, development, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct SWOT analyses and excellence audits to identify strengths, opportunities, and actionable next steps.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop strategies that improve execution and drive results.

Design Innovative Learning Experiences

  • Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging learning content across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and curate training materials for instructor-led training, virtual learning, eLearning, and digital resources.
  • Ensure content remains relevant, learner-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Research industry trends and best practices to continuously improve learning experiences.

Leverage Technology & Learning Systems

  • Maximize the effectiveness of Learning Management Systems and identify opportunities for future growth.
  • Track training participation, effectiveness, and performance metrics to measure impact.
  • Maintain accurate learning records and support ongoing reporting needs.
  • Use data and key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Work closely with hiring leaders, regional teams, subject matter experts, and business partners.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs, events, and development initiatives across multiple brands and product lines.
  • Build strong partnerships that align learning strategies with organizational goals.

Continuously Improve & Innovate

  • Stay current with learning trends, technology, and emerging development practices.
  • Use feedback, assessments, and performance data to refine and enhance training programs.
  • Explore creative approaches that increase engagement, retention, and overall effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

This position may entail sitting or standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others; sit, stand, and walk; and use hands to handle a keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and may occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others, and the noise level is moderate. This role requires regular travel to support different communities throughout the portfolio, with a schedule that will vary based on business needs and community priorities.
