Job Description:

Do you enjoy communication, organization, and varied work that combines sales, coordination, and daily contact with customers? We are looking for a new colleague to join our team who will be responsible for selling and organizing training sessions for customers and business partners. This is a diverse role where you will use your independence, planning skills, and motivation to see tasks through to completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will actively offer training sessions to customers and business partners
  • You will become a key contact for customers, resellers, and vendors
  • You will manage participant registrations and provide administrative support for training sessions
  • You will coordinate dates, materials, and the smooth delivery of training sessions
  • You will prepare mailings, marketing materials, and supporting materials
  • You will take care of training materials preparation and related administration
  • You will handle invoicing and receivables records
  • You will contribute to updating web content related to training sessions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least secondary education
  • Experience in sales, customer support, or coordination
  • User-level PC skills, especially MS Office
  • Communicative knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Independence, attention to detail, communication skills, and strong organizational abilities
