This is a diverse role where you will use your independence, planning skills, and motivation to see tasks through to completion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will actively offer training sessions to customers and business partners
- You will become a key contact for customers, resellers, and vendors
- You will manage participant registrations and provide administrative support for training sessions
- You will coordinate dates, materials, and the smooth delivery of training sessions
- You will prepare mailings, marketing materials, and supporting materials
- You will take care of training materials preparation and related administration
- You will handle invoicing and receivables records
- You will contribute to updating web content related to training sessions
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least secondary education
- Experience in sales, customer support, or coordination
- User-level PC skills, especially MS Office
- Communicative knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Independence, attention to detail, communication skills, and strong organizational abilities
