Job Summary & Responsibilities

This position will have responsibility for creating and delivering learning solutions and programs for our Inside/outside sales team. This position will also be responsible for conducting 1:1 sessions with inside/outside sales team members to evaluate their effectiveness as it relates to the designed sales process.

ln this position the successful candidate will report the Director of Training and Development and will also partner with business leaders in several functions, including but not limited to, sales and human resources to accelerate stronger business performance by providing learning solutions that are aligned to the business strategy.

Specific duties include:

. Effectively identify inside/outside sales training needs. Document findings, develop actionable recommendations to address performance gaps, propose and execute appropriate learning solutions

. Partner with business leaders to design appropriate, scalable solutions that can be implemented easily

. lnterviews and consults with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop learning solutions for new and existing programs.

. Delivers training utilizing effective instructional methods. Facilitates learning via classroom, webinar, and video conference.

. Manages training calendars & class registrations via Learning Management System. Prepares classroom facilities and training materials for training sessions.

. Monitors and communicates progress. Control and properly manage operating resources to achieve business objectives. Effectively communicate and coordinate with other operations and all staff functions.

. Travel requirements up to 60% including, but not limited to, observing inside/outside sales representatives in the field and conducting training sessions.

. Carriers out other duties as assigned

Education / Work Experience Required:

. More than 2 years of sales experience

. Superior presentation skills a must

. Strong leadership skills required, including proven ability to influence leaders and facilitate cross-functional teams

. Ability to build strong working relationships with internal customers and positively influence key constituents

. Ability to lead and manage large projects and a portfolio of projects

. Valid state driver's license with the ability to meet the company's motor vehicle policy

Required education:

. Associate degree

Required experience:

. Minimum of 2 years of Sales Training
